An ME graduate student wins an NSF NRT Summer fellowship

March 9, 2021

Jacques-Ezechiel Nguessan, a graduate student in Mechanical Engineering under the guidance of Professor Sachin Goyal, received a Summer 2021 Research Training Program (NRT) fellowship in Intelligent Adaptive Systems program by National Science Foundation (NSF). Congratulations!

The NSF NRT Program is designed to encourage the development and implementation of bold, new potentially transformative models for STEM graduate education training. Students in the training program participate in a computational basecamp, custom course modules on intelligent adaptive systems, communication skills development workshops, and industry networking opportunities.

Jacques won the fellowship it in the non-US citizen/non-permanent resident category, for which the funds were limited to make it very competitive.
