VISION-PREM PI

The Scheibner group researches solid-state quantum emitters, including epitaxial single and coupled quantum dots, DNA-templated colloidal dots, and atomic emitters hosted in 2D van der Waals materials, for applications in quantum sensing, information, and communication. Under VISION, they will use optical spectroscopy, quantum coherence and correlation measurements, and atomic force microscopy to study individual nano-assemblies of these quantum emitters, focusing on identifying features that enable quantum light generation and control.
