Jeren Gochyyeva is from the Bay Area and is currently a second-year Computer Science and Engineering student at UC Merced. Her interest in data science and its applications in public health developed after taking a class where the transformative power of data in understanding and addressing health issues became evident. In this role, Jeren will be assisting with data analysis and is committed to utilizing her skills for meaningful impact. She is dedicated to exploring innovative ways to leverage data and technology to advance public health initiatives, hoping to contribute to the field by integrating her technical skills with a passion for health improvement.
