Hi! I am a 3rd year Ph.D. student in the Applied Mathematics department at the University of California, Merced, where I am working with Dr. Roummel F. Marcia. My research interests are in machine learning and deep learning techniques pertaining to applications in image processing.

I completed my undergraduate work at California State Polytechnic University, Pomona where I received a B.Sc. in Mathematics with an emphasis in applied mathematics. During my time at Cal Poly Pomona, I was a member of our SIAM student chapter and served as Vice President during the 2017-2018 school year.

Currently, I am a graduate student researcher at the University of California, Merced. In addition, a member of our SIAM Student Chapter where I have served as Co-Secretary (2019-2020) and currently as Vice President.
