We just put out a preprint describing SPRINT-MS, an integrated computational-experimental platform that uses compressed sensing to accelerate proteomics research! The preprint can be found here.

Our collaborative project with the Jovanovic Lab at Columbia University was funded by the NSF.

The paper "SPIDR enables multiplexed mapping of RNA-protein interactions and uncovers a mechanism for selective translational suppression upon cell stress" was accepted in Cell.

The preprint "Accurate sequence-to-affinity models for SH2 domains from multi-round peptide binding assays coupled with free-energy regression" is out on bioRxiv. 

The Hellman Fellowship was awarded to fund research in the lab. Let's get to work!
