Ph.D. Graduate student [3rd year]
Laura Garcia-Lopez has joined the lab as a first year graduate student in our QSB graduate program. She comes from the University of Quindio, Columbia where she obtained her masters degree in Jorge Gomez-Marin's lab researching human immune correlates of occular toxoplasmosis. We are thrilled to have such a motivated and wonderful new graduate student join the lab. She is very motivated to understand how CD8 T cells differentiate in response to T. gondii to become IFNg producers.
