About the Lab

Welcome to the Rube lab. Our research is focused on developing machine-learning methods and sequencing assays for understanding cellular information processing and how this is encoded in the genome. We are particularly interested in mining high-throughput functional genomics data to gain a biophysical understanding of chormatin as a molecular machine. Please see the "Research" and "Publications" pages for more information. The the lab is highly interdisciplinary and lies at the interface of applied mathematics, regulatory genomics and biophysics.
