Our recent fact sheet, published by the UC Merced Community and Labor Center, shows that South Fresno residents experience high rates of health issues and air and noise pollution, and express strong support for public interventions to mitigate environmental issues.

Our team is conducting a health impact assessment to investigate the effects of air pollution on health in Fresno California. The purpose of this study is to inform the Fresno Truck Reroute Study in its efforts to identify, analyze, and evaluate potential strategies that freight-impacted communities might implement, in cooperation with the City, to abate truck impacts.
